ABSTRACT: Perhaps an overlooked possible etiology for some of our basic science questions regarding life forms is the combination of cellular pumps, channels, and transporters each cell maintains in their cell membranes. Each life form starts existence with an inherited combination of these which the environment appears to be able to impact. The various combinations could possibly be important in zoonoses and evolution.
